We will provide accommodation (single and double occupancy) to participants upon request. These accomodation will either be in TIFR guest house or in YWCA International Centre, 18 Madame Cama Road, Fort, Mumbai 400001. Here is a google map of routes between TIFR and YWCA. You can take a taxi from the front gate of YWCA and request the taxi driver to go to TIFR near Navy Nagar bus stand. After crossing Navy Nagar Bus stand, TIFR is at the very end of Homi Bhabha Road. Due to ongoing road constructions in Colaba, it may take about 20 mins to even 30 mins during morning and afternoon office hours to reach TIFR. Taxi fare should be around Rs. 50. One can also take best Bus from Kala ghoda to Navy Nagar. It will take about 30 mins. If you take bus, please get down at Navy Nagar bus stand (last bus stop). From there you need to walk about a few minutes towards west along Homi Bhabha road to reach TIFR.

However, one can also book his/her accommodation directly at other places. There are a large number of hotels in south Mumbai which can easily be reached from TIFR. You may want to consult a map to see where these hotels are located. The prices are only meant to be indicative. One way taxi fares between TIFR and the hotels are expected to be under INR 100. Some hotels will provide airport pickups and drops. Check with the hotel for this facility and charges.
